The position involves leading technical teams for various projects in the Advanced Optics division, managing project plans, schedules, and budgets, while ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to achieve project goals within specified timelines and resources.

responsibilities:

Leads technical teams in support of various projects for the companys Advanced Optics (AO) division.

Works with internal stakeholders to execute programs effectively.

Defines and executes overall project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource needs.

Drives projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

Constantly monitors for changes in project requirements, scope, or assumptions.

Sets key project messages and manages information flow related to project direction, issues, needs, and progress with stakeholders.

Analyzes complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of various factors.

Skills:

Proven ability to lead teams effectively is essential.
