Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships throughout the US.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies.

Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field preferred but direct experience will be considered.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Candidate should have a background in Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, OEM Sales, Hydraulics, Heavy Machinery, etc.
