What you will do
The Analyst Information Technology 3 analyzes, designs, programs, implements, and integrates complex computer applications. Edits and finalizes concept design specifications for existing systems. Troubleshoots high level applications. Oversees the installation and testing of hardware and software. Operates and provides advanced technical support for information management applications including data networking, database design, hardware and software configuration, software development, systems design, training, and security. Organizes all aspects of application development, from analysis through implementation. Provides documentation, application design, project plans, and computer code necessary to successfully implement new applications. Support current systems, and designs and implements complex features as requested. Develops computer logic flowcharts for analysis and integration. Leads research, recommends, and implements advanced application upgrades, enhancements, and required modifications to keep current and meet the end-user needs.

As a pivotal role in the Technology & Data organization, reporting to the IT Make Site Leader, this role will be responsible supporting the vision, objectives, and standards for the Global IT Make Strategy. This role will attain a deep understanding of how IT platforms impact our Lititz and North American Regional manufacturing facilities, support value delivery, and value realization for Parsec TrakSYS and Microsoft platforms, working closely as a Senior Systems Analyst with both technology and business leadership teams. The Senior Systems Analyst role will help develop continuous improvement while creatively enhancing and supporting the business across our Lititz site, including Parsec TrakSYS, Microsoft Solutions such as Power BI and .NET, and IoT such as Kepware and EDGE products.

Key Responsibilities
  Collaborate with production, engineering, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system specifications.
  Implement through application configuration, scripting, and SQL queries, manufacturing processes for new products and manufacturing production lines while improving operational efficiency.
  Enhance MES software modules, MS Power BI Dashboards, and Kepware to meet specific business needs and integrate with existing systems (e.g., ERP, SCADA, and PLC).
  Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the stability and reliability of solutions developed.
  Assist with the development and maintenance documentation, including user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system configuration guides.
  Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
  Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to maximize system effectiveness.
  Stay current with industry trends and advancements in platform technologies to recommend innovative solutions for process optimization.
  Understand compliance standards for Cosmetic and Over the Counter (OTC) IT solutions.

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
  Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  Minimum of 4 years of experience in Microsoft, Web Apps, HTML5, and Python maintenance and support for a Supply Chain environment, manufacturing preferred.
  Proficiency in MES software platforms such as Traksys, PASx, SAP, Wonderware, Rockwell Software FactoryTalk ProductionCentre, or similar systems.
  General understanding of manufacturing processe , including production scheduling, quality management, and inventory control.
  Minimum 3 years of experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server) and data integration techniques.
  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Desired Qualification
  Hands-on configuration and scripting experience with the Parsec TrakSYS software platform as well as Microsoft .Net and SQL database management.
  Experience with EDGE and Kepware device integration and maintenance a Plus.
  Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., FDA, ISO) related to manufacturing operations a Plus.
  Familiarity with industrial automation technologies, such as PLCs and SCADA systems a Plus.
  Ability to be hands on with MES configuration and development of modern MES platforms.
  Professional certifications preferred but not required: Parsec, Microsoft .Net or SQL.
  Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
