Treasury Management Representative

The Treasury Management Representative will be responsible for assisting the Treasury Management Services Manager with customer inquiries and supports the cash management function of the bank.

Job duties

– Assists Treasury Management department with customer inquiries
– Supports cash management products and services to established business customers
– Targets prospective business clients
– Maintains ongoing business relationships with present customers in order to take advantage of additional cross-selling opportunities

Skills and Abilities

– General understanding of financial institution policies and procedures, cash management services and related areas.
– Proficient communication — in person, over the phone, and via email
– Proficient computer and math skills
– Ability to multi-task and problem-solve
– Strong attention to detail and decision making
– Minimum of two (2) years of banking experience (preferred)
