We are seeking an Education Director to join our team in our Warrington, PA location.
The Education Director is the operational leader of the school and will ensure program regulations and best practices are implemented, managed and maintained. This role will be responsible to provide ongoing administrative, educational, and clinical program direction in development, program evaluation, and program planning. This position will be responsible for maintaining all educational state mandates as outlined for licensure.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for endorsing Merakey Core Values throughout daily program operations
Oversees the profit and loss for program(s)
Manages daily operation of program(s)
Ensures contractual requirements and Merakey policies, procedures and best practices are met
Implements policies/procedures as directed
Ensure compliance to state, local, federal, and contract requirements as well as requirements from state education agencies and payors
Build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships, both internal and external
Responsible for fidelity of educational and clinical components of program
Maintains HIPAA and FERPA guidelines in all aspects of work environment

The ideal candidate will possess one of the following qualifications:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited and recognized organization with a Special Education Certification
Masters Degree in Special Education from an accredited and recognized organization
Supervisory/Principal Certificate or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Certification, preferred
1-3 years working in an educational setting
