University City Housing Company is a Philadelphia-based property management company with significant real estate holdings in and around the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Our current portfolio consists of 4,000 residential units and 250,000 square feet of commercial space.

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable/Customer Service/ Lease Administrator to handle resident accounts from Lease Inception to Lease Termination.  Candidates must have a strong knowledge of Excel, the ability to multi-task, and excellent organization. Strong written and oral communication skills. Exposure to AMSI and/or Entrata is a plus!

Accounts Receivable/Customer Service/Lease Administrator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lease Administration – Handling tenant accounts from lease inception to lease termination

Maintaining, auditing, and updating resident accounts

Following the financial transactions of the lease (collections, rent, renewals, etc.)

Direct interaction/correspondence with Property Managers in reference to move-ins, move-outs, tenant complaints, and security deposit returns.

Communication with various levels of management and residents

Customer Service

Data analysis

Special projects as requested by Management

Accounts Receivable/Customer Service/Lease Administrator Requirements:

Previous experience in accounts receivables, payables and/or bookkeeping

Process-oriented individual with strong organization skills

Customer service skills

Prior experience in a high volume firm

Strong written oral and communication skills
