Job Description:
Location: Denver / Boulder, CO (Hybrid)
Imagine yourself supporting an effort to help the US Space Force (USSF) dominate the space domain in future operational environments. Parsons is hiring a mid-level Cost and Software Data Reporting (CSDR) Specialist & Deputy Project Manager to join our team, focusing on managing the OSD-Defense Cost and Resource Center (DCARC) CSDR requirements for our Colorado-based USSF projects. The ideal candidate will have the technical expertise to manage complex CSDR reporting requirements with little to no supervision, while also assisting in project management activities across the portfolio, ensuring projects stay on track and meet all objectives. This position will report directly to the Senior Project Manager for the USSF portfolio. The candidate must enjoy working in a high tempo environment with other high-performing personnel.
What Youll Be Doing:
Manage CSDR reporting, including the Software Resources Data Report (SRDR), Technical Data Report (TDR), and Financial Flex File
Collaborate closely with the software team and independently utilize software and code-counting tools to generate SRDR and TDR reports
Collaborate with the Project Control Engineer (PCE) to prepare and validate the Financial Flex File
Demonstrate expertise in using the CSDR Submit-Review (CADE) system to submit and review reports, ensuring compliance with DoD requirements
Regularly attend CADE office hours and training sessions virtually throughout the year to stay current on the latest OSD/DCARC guidance and updates, as well as improvements to the CADE portal
Manage large volumes of high-value procurements throughout the entire procurement lifecycle, ensuring efficient tracking, coordination, and execution from initiation to completion
Work with other managers, technical teams, and discipline leads to inform budgets, schedules, best value analysis and plans for the various elements of each project; ensure that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans
Support the negotiation of scope changes with clients and subcontractors, providing follow-up on project instructions and commitments
Support the establishment of the Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan
Travel to various CONUS customer and/or subcontractor sites – 10% travel is anticipated
What Required Skills Youll Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, Finance, or Project Management)
5 years of experience in CSDR reporting and project management
Familiarity with DCARC guidelines and the CSDR framework
Experience supporting project management teams in defense or government contracting environments
Experience managing multiple sub-contractors across different lines of effort
Strong writing skills
Ability to obtain TS clearance or higher.
US citizenship is required
What Desired Skills Youll Bring:
Previous experience executing on GSA/FEDSIM contracts
Prior military service
Knowledge of financial data reporting systems and software code-counting tools
Completion of Defense Acquisition University courses
PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications

Salary Range:
$96,400.00 – $168,700.00
