We are currently seeking a Project Analyst to support PMA-268 LSI Team in Pax River, MD. The Project Analyst applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Duties may included but are not limited to:
Attend meetings, to contribute, capture action items(with enough detail to be actionable and relevant) and provide meaningful minutes
Manage calendars & schedules
Pull information and data from multiple sources (previous briefs, spreadsheets, meeting notes, etc.) to develop briefs & response to executive-level data calls (Congressional, ASN, OPNAV, PEO, etc.)
Provide useful data to the DPMs in various formats
Ensure status updates and reports are provided as requested and prior to standing meetings
Work closely with IPTLs and Functional Leads for requirements
Set up/coordinate meetings via Microsoft TEAMS (CVR and O365) and/or in person conference rooms
Coordinate inputs for and monitor the completion of taskers, including pulling information from previous briefs and functional leads to draft responses for management review
Manage Government and Contractor SharePoint/Sharedrive/contractor information systems (i.e., EXOSTAR) etc. access and permissions
Coordinate staffing of documents
Collect inputs for and update MQ25 specific IPT briefs, inputs to executive level PEO, OPNAV, Congressional, ASN/RDA briefs
Develop, manage, and proactively request updates for & maintain Action Items / Taskers, & Correspondence (Letters, Memo, etc.) for routing & tracking at the IPT level
Manage travel requests and provide weekly trackers of travelers by destination, purpose, and impact
Required Education: BS/BA Degree.
Required Experience: Junior – a minimum of 4 years of experience or less than 3 years’ experience and a BA/BS degree. A Junior level person is responsible for assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
