Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Executive Desktop Support Technician for one of our largest clients in the facilities management and food services industries. Youll be providing unparalleled support to this clients executive and corporate personnel. Youll be providing computer hardware, software, and networking support while in the Bethesda office, remotely, or while travelling domestically. This role will also provide Microsoft Teams meeting support by coordinating, scheduling, and running both live and virtual events, meetings, and Teams broadcasts.

Skills and Requirements
· 4 Years Desktop Support in a Windows/Microsoft environment
Focus in MS Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Forms
· Knowledge and support experience with Microsoft Teams Meetings, Teams Town Hall (broadcasts), Google Meet, Zoom, or other video conferencing applications
· Proven experience providing white glove, executive level support (in person and remotely)
· Personable, sharp, and professional communications · Mac Troubleshooting
· Network Troubleshooting null
