This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. . Responsibilities Monitor supply plan performance and assist in root cause analysis of discrepancies to address supply gaps Combine analyses as instructed and develops to evaluate analysis to resolve portions of supply planning issues involving processes Develop and manage a supply plan that accounts for all supported customers of the program Attend recurring collaborative meetings with other supply chain functions Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Who May Apply: US Citizens In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Three years of progressively responsible general work experience with one year of that experience equivalent to at least the NH-01 grade level, which includes: (1) Experience solving problems using a variety of analytic techniques, ERP systems, or tools; (2) Applying critical thinking skills to develop technical solutions or make process improvements; (3) Participating in group meetings to brief status or recommend solutions; OR Successfully completed a full four-year course of study leading to a bachelors degree. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.); OR Some specialized experience as described in A, but less than one year; and I have less than two years of graduate-level education as described in B. I have computed the percentage of the requirements that I meet, and the total is at least 100%. (To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of graduate education by 36. Add the two percentages.
