Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM COORDINATOR for the Target Analysis Cell within NAVAL SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY. Responsibilities You will exercise managerial, planning and execution authority of the DoD Program Offices entire analytical/targeting body. You will evaluate civilians, active-duty military personnel and government contractors responsible for all-source data analysis and evaluation of complex systems including analysis of weapon platforms, communication systems, and computer networks. You will serve as expert analytical consultant and targeting advisor with responsibility for analytical planning, direction and subsequent evaluation of analytical conclusions in support of the Program Office. You will oversee the formulation, development and establishment of analytical and targeting strategies based on DoD, Joint and National requirements. You will direct the integration of the intelligence cycle processes with information concerning acquisition programs, operational requirements, and critical technologies of interest. You will advise senior- and appointed leadership personnel on all aspects of analytical effectiveness by providing a wide range of oral and written presentations and reports to senior officials, military and civilian, within and outside of the DoD. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Demonstrating technical lead analyst researcher, both accomplishing research and documenting results. 2) Presenting analytic research to advise current project initiatives and future investments. 3) Monitoring and collecting data on capability development and making recommendations for improvements. 4) Recognizing problems and developing recommendations and solutions 5) Identifying partnership opportunities across the Department of Defense and other government agencies to expand and improve research and analytic capability and understanding of the mission environment.
