Skills and Requirements

Basic Qualifications

 2-4 years of professional experience

 Must have prior experience:

o Experience with AWS Postgres RDS.

o Extracting and/or loading data

o Setting up cybersecurity measures

o Ensuring all hardware and software are updated

o Authenticating data

o Monitoring the performance of hardware and software

o Configuring servers and databases

o Preserving data integrity

o With database queries

o Knowledge of database design and theories

o Knowledge of database structure languages, such as SQL or SQL/PSM

o Experience with server installation and maintenance

o Familiarity with database management best practices

o Experience with any of the following AWS, MongoDB, or Neo4J (graph database management system) Additional Qualifications

 Experience with Atlassian JIRA is a plus

 Knowledge of IT security best practices

 Experience with a variety of computer information systems

 Problem-solving and critical thinking

 Ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms

 Good multitasking abilities

 Ability to work with data architects and other IT specialist to set up, maintain and monitor data networks

 Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

 BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience null
