Description and Requirements
What You Will Do:
Full university recruiter life cycle workflow management (sourcing, screening, candidate management, offer extension, etc.) throughout the university recruiting season for Spring 2025/Summer 2025 Interns
Provide mentorship, guidance, career development opportunities to early talent collaborating with Employee Resource Groups, Learning and Development, etc.
Managing digital sourcing (Handshake) and job posting platforms to identify new trends and avenues to source candidates
Participating in on-site interview days for recruiting programs in partnership with key-stakeholders and hiring managers
Managing candidate referrals and creating new ways to engage with candidates on the Lenovo Talent Community via our ATS
Partnering with our DEI, HBCU, and other Lenovo Funded programs to build and attract a community of diverse candidates
Talent brand management with social media postings and partnering with the Lenovo Employer Brand Team to passively source talent
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field from an accredited university, or a combination of demonstrable experience, education, and training
1-3 years of experience within university campus recruitment, early career programs, onboarding and/or DE&I talent strategies
Experience leading in-person and virtual programming initiatives
Experience managing relationships with community partners – including but not limited to university faculty, ERGs, HBCUs, HSIs, student organizations/clubs, etc.
Proven cross-functional collaboration experience, ideally in a global setting working across several business units
Ability to travel up to 20% during the peak recruitment season
Proven ability to ideate, design, and bring programming and other engagement initiatives through to execution
Experience working with multiple digital sourcing and job posting platforms (Handshake, Simplicity, etc.)
