Your New Role…
The Project Manager for Direct to Consumer Marketing will be responsible for driving operational excellence and efficiency for the marketing team by tracking and streamlining workflows and resources across projects and teams. This position will support the strategic marketing and communication projects for all aspects of subscriber acquisition and retention across all communication points and media platforms.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Project Manager will help facilitate resource management and coordination, ensuring every aspect of each campaign is delivered accurately and on time.
Track project deadlines, requirements and build schedules accordingly.
Track and create reports on marketing performance prior to, during and post launch, conduct post-project evaluations and share learnings.
Coordinate with agency partners and cross-functional teams to meet shared goals.
Support the Marketing team in meeting campaign objectives and maximizing effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience…
4 years of work experience in an agency, digital media, or production environment
Minimum of 2 years in a planning, coordinator, or logistical role
Working in creative and/or streaming teams a plus
College degree in design, media production, or related work experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills a must
Ability to communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders across all levels
Proven track record of problem solving
Self-starter and proactively looks for ways to improve things
Ability to work in a fast pace, startup environment
