Job Summary: Mercury is looking for an experienced Operations Program Manager III to support a newly formed team responsible for creating a bridge between Operations and the P&L in the Displays line of business, and driving process rigor into EAC’s, proposals, and New Product Introductions. Job Responsibility: Serve as main point of contact for operations into the Integrated Program Team – from material procurement through hardware delivery Utilize robust framework for assessing operations content on EAC’s, including risk & opportunity evaluation Manage basis of estimate process for proposal activities Required Qualification: 7 years experience in multiple relevant disciplines including Business Development, Engineering, and/or Program Management. Experience communicating complex concepts or ideas in a clear and concise manner to various levels of internal & external stakeholders Detail oriented approach to assessing program health, risks & opportunities. Experience managing a budget. Proficient in ERP/MRP systems. Background in at least one of the following: manufacturing, operations, supply chain, planning, program management, process engineering. Experience working in an IPT structure. Experience leading teams and succeeding in a matrixed environment. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, based in Gulf Breeze, FL or Alpharetta, GA. Willingness to travel >25%, with expectation for high level of travel up front. This position requires you to have or obtain a government security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens. Preferred Qualification: Experience with DoD & Aerospace Industries. Proficient in earned value management. Experience converting business area and customer requirements into executable strategies. Working knowledge of Oracle, Factory Logix, PowerBI, Mendix & advanced excel tools. “This position requires you to access information that is subject to U.S. export regulations.
