The role you’ll contribute:

The Corporate Manager of Heritage Strategy and Recruitment provides leadership and strategic direction in developing, implementing, and executing the overall Heritage talent strategy across AdventHealth that includes but not limited to the emerging leader program, internship program, Nurse internship program, Nurse Residency program, and candidate pipeline. This leadership role will partner closely AdventHealth University, Leadership Institute, C-Suite and key market leaders, and Talent Acquisitions on initiatives.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

Plan, organize and implement a data driven Heritage recruitment strategy to meet overall heritage hire goals by utilizing various tools and resources.

Create and implement a creative communication and recruitment marketing strategy for the prospective students to attract them to AdventHealth.

Travel to assigned Heritage recruitment territories including heritage universities, college fairs, community events, individual visits, presentations, and related recruitment events.

Manage the full-lifecycle recruitment for assigned roles across multiple functions (emerging leader and intern) in partnership with key stakeholders; including building the heritage talent pipeline; screening, on-site interviews, hiring, and maintaining positive candidate relationships.

Serve as the consultative advisor to our business leaders on trends, events, and best practices using data, benchmarking, and other factors to ensure the right direction and decisions are made for the Heritage University recruitment strategy

Build and maintain strong relationships with each heritage university staff and faculty, identifying and coordinating engagement events to connect AdventHealth to the universities including, but not limited to, alumni connections, hosting faculty members at AdventHealth, and documenting and solving for university needs and donations to ensure an enhanced and equitable partnership between AdventHealth and the heritage universities

Responsible for the design and coordination of Heritage recruitment activities

Utilize CRM to track heritage applicant engagement and key conversion and communication stages throughout the recruitment funnel

Prepare monthly reports on heritage recruitment activities and deliver comprehensive reporting on developed strategy based on key performance indicators.

Stay abreast of territory trends, market and demands to forecast heritage recruitment strategy.

Stays informed of all Heritage University graduate program insights such as but not limited to total Nurse enrollment, NCLEX Pass rate, graduating class size curricula, highlights, schedules, and features in order to disseminate information to prospective candidates.

Establishes key international relationships and partnerships to create proposals for future recruitment initiatives and candidate pipelining.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

Minimum of five years of related experience in one or more of the areas of human resources, recruitment, communications, project management, organizational development, training, or organizational change management.

Demonstrated leadership abilities within a corporate environment.

Bachelor’s degree in related field of study.

Experience with social networking and internet vehicles and tools.

Minimum of three years of managerial experience overseeing a recruitment team.

Demonstrated experience in developing talent attraction programs and strategies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

Higher education organizational knowledge and experience.

Experience working in healthcare industry.

Master’s degree in Business Administration or other healthcare related field.

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:

Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Society for Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
