Annual Salary: $65,000 Position Summary: The BBHE Project Director of Brevard Behavioral Health Expansion (BBHE) project in the implementation of the System of Care, Children’s Mental Health grant awarded by Federal Substance Abuse Mental Health Service Administration (SAMHSA). The Project Director is a member of the BBHE Grant management team and will work collaboratively to implement the strategic plan. This position requires knowledge and experience in Systems of Care, Mental Health, Child/youth serving systems and having leadership background in administration to successfully support implementation and adoption of the grant initiative goals. Technical/Functional Expectations: Assist with Monitoring Program Performance/ Adherence to Contract Measures – essential function : This position works to monitor performance in accordance with contractual measures and provides strategic direction to produce desired outcomes. Clinical consultation – essential function : This position will provide Mental Health consultation to the Care Coordinators and Peer Advocates working with for children, youth and adults in BBHE program. Strength Based Family/Youth Centered Practice Orientation – essential function : This position is expected to work in a Strength Based Family Centered manner in order to enhance Agency Wraparound philosophy and values. Data Reporting – essential function : Responsible for data tracking, summarizes data, and data presentation. Continuous Learning : Attend workshops, review professional publications, and participate in professional societies in order to maintain a current knowledge of instructional technologies. Other duties as required : Job performance requires fulfilling other incidental or related duties as assigned, assisting, and training others, and performing duties of higher rated positions from time to time for developmental purposes. Successful background in leadership of SOC and Wraparound implementation: Proven experience in wraparound i mplementatio n and the system of care are required in order to serve in this role. 2. Business Experience: Masters Degree in a Social Service-related field or business -related field required. License in Mental Health, Social Work or related preferred. 2. 2 years stable, progressively responsible project management and high level supervisory, Wraparound and SOC experience required.
