You will be a Sustainment Engineer supporting the ATWS – MLD Depot team in Orlando, Florida. You will engage in support activities for day-to-day USG supply chain management, Depot logistics activities for ATWS contracts, and shipping activities. On-site work only, minimal telecommuting due to nature of the job.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Sustainment Engineer your responsibilities will include:
• Executing decisions on repairs to ensure promised delivery dates for customer commitments
• Ensuing efficient process flow from induction of sensors and/or circuit cards throughout repair and shipping process
• Providing timely communication and execution of logistics or supply activities to support repairs
• Ensuring efficient procedures are captured to support the current process and adjusted for program growth.
• Performing process improvement initiatives and upkeep documented procedures.
• Proactively planning for and supporting spares and repair parts requirements, assuring sufficient inventory to support mission requirements, while balancing lifecycle cost affordability
• Performing annual physical inventory and reconciliation of GFE repair parts/tools
• Providing logistics and sustainment support in management of obsolete hardware
• Supporting proposal requests and provisioning determinations
• Providing accurate reporting and tracking of depot metrics

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position requires a Active Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Active Secret Clearance
• Experience in supply support, stock control, defense industry, depot logistics processes
• Implementing solutions to high impact process gaps, establishing priorities to meet contractual requirements or metrics
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrated presentation experience
• Experience with risk management or obsolescence
• Ability to work in a cross-functional IPT environment, comfortable defining and executing multi-functional flows and processes
• Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Power Point, and Excel
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and current modeling tools and techniques
• Familiarity with depot level maintenance procedures and repair methods
• Microsoft Visio software
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
