As a Manager of Labor Relations here at Honeywell Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS), you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing aspects of human resources for our Port Manatee, FL location.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement employee relations strategies that align with the organizations overall business objectives.

• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

• Promote employee engagement and satisfaction.

• Provide guidance to management on employee relations matters.

• Continuously improve LER processes.

• Identify and mitigate employee relations risks.

• Support change initiatives in a fair and equitable manner.

• Drive time-sensitive and impactful employee relations strategies.

• Communicate emerging LER practices, legislation, and their implications for the business.

• Manage employee relations programs and training.

• Leveraging Voice of the Employee data to drive engagement and support employee work experiences

• Partner with businesses to deploy effective labor and employment relations activities.

• Coordinate with legal and labor departments to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment

• Labor and employee relations experience

WE VALUE:

• Bachelors degree or higher

• Human resources experience

• Process orientation, including project management skills and ability to use data

• Strong communicator with ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience

• Experience with employee relations in a Union and non-union environment

• Able to collaborate effectively and lead teams across organizations
