Responsibilities – Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. – Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. – Monitor and record vital signs and patient information accurately. – Follow care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare team members. – Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. – Demonstrate empathy and compassion in all interactions with patients and their families.
