Provide basic colleague technical support including but not limited to:

Computer hardware diagnostic, troubleshooting, configuration, and refresh.

Software installation and troubleshooting.

Voice and video network diagnostic and repair.

Mobile device configuration, training, and diagnosis.

Experience level: Entry Level
