Come join our team as a Therapist at Village Behavioral Health! The therapist will serve as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team and develop and provide age-appropriate therapeutic clinical services for patients and their families. The age ranges we serve is 10-17.
Village Behavioral Health is a psychiatric residential treatment center that offers a full spectrum of treatment options for children and adolescents ages 10-17. A uniqueness about Village Behavioral Health is that we use nature as part of our therapeutic process. We are nestled in Louisville, TN right on the Tennessee River spread out over 65 wooded acres.

As a Therapist at The Village you will:
Develop and implement clinical treatment plans that are age-appropriate, and serve both the individual adolescent and the family of the adolescent. Responsible for finalization of the Master Treatment Plan and monthly updates.
Generate the Psychosocial Assessment with the family.
Translate clinical knowledge to aid the Treatment Team in planning treatment for the patient and family.
Provide accurate and appropriate chart documentation of clinical work.
Provide family therapy to assigned patient on a weekly basis.
Must be willing to offer services on the weekend and early evenings.
Act as a liaison between facility and families.
Facilitate group therapy on assigned cabin on a daily basis.
Provide individual therapy services weekly.
Design effective discharge plans.
Pay rates are negotiable and based on education and/or experience.

Requirements:
Masters in Counseling or related field
Masters in Psychology or related field
Valid drivers license required
Must pass pre-employment drug screen, 7-year criminal background screen, fingerprint screen, MVR screen, work history and reference check
