Job Description:

A prestigious hunting lodge is seeking a Guest Service Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Guest Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks including guest check-in and check-out, room cleaning, kitchen assistance, and other assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities:

– Warmly welcome and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
– Attend to guest needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
– Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and common areas.
– Assist in the kitchen area with meal preparation and other culinary tasks.
– Complete any other duties as assigned by the management.

Schedule:

– Part-time position
– Weekend availability is a must.
– Typical working hours: 6am-2pm.

Skills and Qualifications:

– Proficient cooking skills required.
– Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive guest experience.
– Previous cooking experience (excluding fast food) is necessary.
– Ability to work independently and demonstrate dependability.
– Physical ability to bend, lift, and stand for the majority of the shift.

Education and Experience:

– No formal education requirements.
– Prior experience in cooking full meals and housekeeping, preferably in a lodge or similar setting.
