General Production Worker

Production Worker 1st Shift $23/Hour

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker responsible for operating and understanding packaging machinery including palletizers, strapping machines, wrapping machines, forklifts, and handling overflow of production. The role involves performing short cycle, repetitive and control operations of equipment, maintaining set patterns of products to ensure high-quality output, inspecting for quality defects, performing minor adjustments to machinery, and maintaining standard production objectives. You will also be responsible for maintaining housekeeping of assigned areas. Steel-toed shoes, as well as eye, hearing, hand, and potentially head protection, are required.

Hard Skills

Manufacturing or Industrial experience (2 years)

Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull over 50 lbs

Capability to stand, walk, and move for 12 hours

Willingness to learn how to drive a forklift and obtain certification

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Napoleon, Ohio.

Work Environment

The position is within a large manufacturing/packaging operation inside a gated facility with badge access to the building.
