Quality Technician

Job Description

– Dissecting power steering hose assemblies with hand tools and lab equipment

– Documenting the analysis and inspection process

– Reviewing and photographing samples with a Keyence microscope to collect evidence related to root cause of issues

– Leading problem-solving efforts related to bringing corrective actions to a close

– Implementing continuous improvements in the lab

Must Have:

– Strong organization skills to keep samples within orderly process

– Strong communication skills – both orally and written for report writing

– Experience with assembly, disassembly or dissection is a plus

– Previous lab experience is strongly desired

– Aptitude for analysis and problem solving

– Must be OK getting hands dirty, from the product itself or leftover power steering fluid
