Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday thru Friday
Wage: $17.00-$24.00 an hour

Position Overview:
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for various positions within our clients organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Development and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates,
Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, socials media, networking, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, providing feedback, and negotiating.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging job postings and recruitment materials.
Attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities as needed.
Qualifications:
We are willing to train the candidate, so even if you have never done recruitment but you enjoy working and helping people, this is the job for you.
You must be Microsoft Office familiar.
