R&D Lab Technician

Location: Cleveland, OH

Job Description

• Performs laboratory tests or other laboratory work using conventional and computerized machines and work aids.

• Prepares and paints panels.

• Conducts laboratory work and tests according to prescribed standards.

• Determines chemical and physical characteristics or composition.

• Sets up, readjusts, and operates laboratory equipment and instruments.

• Formulates paints.

• Engages in documentation and data analysis.

• Performs routine testing.

• Runs physical tests on paints.

• Conducts wet chemistry tests such as viscosity, pH, and titrations.

• Pours and mixes paints.

• Works as part of a larger team.

Schedule: 7am-4pm Monday – Friday, no weekends.

Qualifications

B.S. in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, or any life or physical science
