As a Customer Fulfillment Analyst, you’ll be part of our Americas Supply Chain team as a hybrid employee. In this role you’ll get to:

Maintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance).

Maximize Order to Cash by progressing to “Down in a Day” Order Management and achieving weekly 95% Drop to Target cycle times.

Create and Document SOPs.

Responsible for tracking and reporting Supply Chain Customer Compliance and developing processes and business model to mitigate compliance fines.

Desired Skills:

Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, Business Warehouse).

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal required.

Ability to analyze and problem- solve.

Time Management.

Desired Experience & Education:

BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Mgt, or related required.

3-5 years Customer Operations, Supply Chain experience.

The base pay range for this position in California, Colorado, Washington, New York, Maryland is $59,500- $107,000 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
