CIS Support Specialist; Warsaw, IN

Starting Pay: $18.25 (Pay reviewed after 90 days)

Are you a friendly, customer-service oriented individual interested in working for a company that cares about your future? Do you like to serve others by using your excellent listening and problem-solving skills? As a CIS (Corporate and Institutional Services) Support Specialist in Warsaw, IN you will:

– Assist in a variety of tasks involving the monitoring the CIS telephone queue to assist clients with questions related to all CIS products and services.
– Monitors the CIS inbox and replies to emails and voicemails from business clients and branch staff regarding CIS products and services.

Basic Qualifications Include:

– Warm, friendly, and professional telephone etiquette.
– Understanding of bank operations and bank policies and procedures.
– General office skills including proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
– Two years of banking experience preferred.
– High school diploma or equivalent required.

Hours:

Monday-Friday: 8:00-5:00
