Apartment Maintenance Tech

We are currently seeking a Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

– Complete work and repair orders involving drywall, plumbing, electrical and carpentry
– Estimate time and extent of repairs
– Respond to emergency service requests and property disasters
– Perform routine preventive maintenance
– Maintain material and supply inventory
– Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

?Qualifications:

– Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
– Apartment or residential maintenance required.
– Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
– Ability to handle physical workload
– Deadline and detail-oriented
