Business Analyst

Description:

• Capture and gather critical requirements from project stakeholders through meetings or team discussions.

• Analyze, prioritize, and present these requirements to aid in decision-making and recommendations.

• Perform independent research and peer benchmarking to meet deliverables.

• Evaluate potential technical tools or options, document findings, and present insights to the team.

• Facilitate discussions to create process maps and business requirements.

• Document and review current processes to help develop future plans, troubleshoot, and identify fit gaps

• Create technical documentation, including training materials and test plans

• Conduct survey analysis to convert raw data into actionable insights.

• Document business processes, data, and reporting requirements, and identify opportunities for system improvements
