Job Description

Insurance Auto Auctions is looking for a Title Specialist to join their team. They sell lightly damaged, salvage, and clear-title vehicles, parts, cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, and heavy equipment at auctions across the United States. The Title Specialist will service the titles of vehicles that come in for auction, along with the vehicles being auctioned out. Located in Belleville, MI, this facility provides service for companies purchasing vehicles from insurance companies that have been totaled. The vehicles are brought in, auctioned, and sold to buyers globally. The role involves data entry, customer service, and handling payments. This is a fast-paced position requiring constant multitasking.

This is a fully on-site position in Belleville, Michigan.

Work Environment

Hours are 8-5, Monday through Friday. No weekends unless volunteered. The office has cubicles but this position will likely sit in an open-concept desk. The office consists of about 8-10 employees, including a titling team, an accounting team, and a front desk customer service team. The manager usually orders lunch for the team once a month. The team includes members who have been there for 5 years, and the manager has been there for over 10 years. This person will get their own desk and computer.
