Job Summary
A&W Restaurant Beaverton is seeking an experienced, motivated, and dedicated Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will lead by example, maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and operational efficiency. Your leadership will be critical in fostering a positive team environment and ensuring the restaurant meets its goals.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant crew, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
– Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring that food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards are met.
– Customer Satisfaction: Ensure guests receive outstanding service and quickly resolve any issues or complaints to maintain A&Ws reputation for quality.
– Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory to ensure the kitchen and front of house are fully equipped.
– Financial Responsibility: Manage cash handling, banking deposits, and ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds profitability targets.
– Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the restaurant complies with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and local regulations.
– Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, labor costs, and guest satisfaction, and take action to improve performance.
Qualifications
– Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a quick service restaurant (QSR) is required.
– At least 1 year of management experience in the restaurant industry is preferred.
– Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
– Solid understanding of restaurant operations, financials, and inventory management.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
– Must be flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed (closed most major holidays)
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in restaurant management is a plus.
– ServSafe Certification required
