A&W Restaurant Beaverton is looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our team as Crew Members! As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent dining experience for our guests, from preparing our classic, high-quality food to ensuring great customer service. Whether youre taking orders, serving food, or keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming, your efforts will help maintain A&Ws reputation for great service and delicious food.

Key Responsibilities

– Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly attitude and ensure they have a positive dining experience.
– Food Preparation: Prepare A&Ws signature food items such as burgers, fries, and beverages, following company recipes and food safety standards.
– Order Taking: Accurately take and process customer orders at the counter and drive-thru.
– Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and balance the register at the end of your shift.
– Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
– Teamwork: Work cooperatively with your teammates to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
– Health & Safety: Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure food is prepared in a clean environment.

Qualifications

– Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
– Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, were closed most major holidays. 
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
– Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks like lifting up to 25 pounds
