Responsibilities

Heres what youll be doing:

Responsible for investigating, negotiating, and resolving claims of moderate complexity, while guiding insureds and claimants through the claims process in compliance with policy provisions and jurisdictional requirements.

Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate claims, ensuring compliance with policy provisions and jurisdictional guidelines.

Guide insureds and claimants through the claims process, providing clear communication and support.

Manage all aspects of claims, including hearings and litigation, while maintaining confidentiality and customer service standards.
