WITHIN YOUR TEAM

This Lead Generation Specialist position will manage, collect and qualify information from our customers and prospects interested in X-Rite aftermarket service and training solutions.

WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

Achieve the annual lead generation and sales conversion goals established by the company.

Complete outbound calling for X-Rite service and training lines from various mediums focused on finding new X-Rite customers.

Provide creative lead generation strategies, advise on call strategies, script customization, and objection-handling techniques.

Obtain customer contact information and other meaningful information to populate our CRM SalesForce.com database.

Cultivate new X-Rite customer relationships by positioning products and

services that meet their needs.

Notify sales team member immediately of qualified sales leads.

Proactively communicate with the sales team to ensure cohesiveness.

Maintain basic knowledge of X-Rites product lines and service offerings.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO HAS:

High degree of motivation, goal driven, self-starter.

Proven interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) for frequent contact with internal and external customers, as well as leadership.

Proven organizational and time management skills; ability to set priorities and work independently.

YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or equivalent business experience.

Proficiency in the use of PCs and software, including CRM databases. Salesforce experience preferred, but not required.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $20 – $21 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Commission Pay.
