SUMMARY:
Management Business Solutions is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead and manage all HR-related activities. The HR Director will play a critical role in shaping the organizations human capital strategy, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive work environment, and aligning HR practices with the organizations overall business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic HR Leadership:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
– Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource needs.
– Drive all change initiatives that promote a positive al culture and improve employee engagement and retention.
Talent Management:
– Oversee the recruitment, selection, and on boarding process for all levels of the organizations.
– Develop and manage talent development programs, including leadership development, career pathing, and succession planning.
– Implement performance management processes that support employee development and al goals.
Employee Relations:
– Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on a wide range of HR-related issues.
– Lead initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and foster a collaborative work environment.
– Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
Compliance and Risk Management:
– Ensure the organizations complies with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
– Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that mitigate risk and support business goals.
– Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
