Jockey is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team!
JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving brand strategy and executing highly orchestrated marketing initiatives. This role will be a strategic leader, and will lead the execution of full life cycle projects from planning to completion.
This position can be located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Lead the development of the annual brand calendar, aligning key marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Create and oversee campaign briefs, ensuring they align with brand strategy and deliver on marketing goals.
Support overall brand strategy, working closely with leadership to refine brand positioning and messaging.
Manage project timelines and workflow, coordinating between teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
Collaborate closely with product and creative teams, merchandising and design, wholesale, shopper marketing, partnerships, social media, and paid media teams to ensure cohesive brand execution across all channels.
Develop sales collateral that supports go-to-market strategies and drives retail and consumer engagement.
Lead go-to-market planning for brand initiatives, including coordinating cross-functional teams and managing key deadlines.
Oversee the execution of priority product campaign rollouts, ensuring they are delivered on brand and on budget.
Provide strategic oversight to team members, mentoring and developing their skills.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
5 years of experience in brand marketing and media, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience in developing marketing calendars and campaign briefs.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
Passion for brand-building and a deep understanding of audience engagement.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Critical/Lateral thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform creative decisions.
Excellent judgement.
