Sales Effectiveness Specialist

The Sales Effectiveness Specialist will offer operational support for sales activities, playing a key role in managing the sales pipeline, coordinating business development efforts, assembling and showcasing service supply chain expertise across multiple industries, while providing actionable insights to senior leadership. This position encompasses a variety of sales tasks, including preparing sales materials and managing updates to sales support systems.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support:
Collaborate with sales and client portfolio teams and internal operations to identify needs and provide operational support that enhances sales performance
Assist in coordinating business development efforts to drive sales growth
Sales Assets & Pitch Deck Development:
Create and refine sales collateral to effectively communicate value propositions and engage potential clients, ensuring alignment with organizational branding and industry standards
Tailor sales materials to meet specific client needs and support sales initiatives
Salesforce/Pipeline Management:
Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure accuracy and transparency
Collaborate with Sales and client account teams to maintain accurate updates and records in Salesforce to reflect the current status of opportunities and implement enhancements for improved data accuracy and visibility
Provide regular updates and reports on pipeline status to sales leadership
Educate team members on Salesforce best practices to ensure effective use of the platform
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales operations or sales support function
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with the development of sales collateral, including but not limited to solution summarization, case studies, and value proposition definition
Preferred Qualifications:
Business process and tools experience with customer care and field service in the B2C and/or B2B space
Experience working in professional services delivery and/or managed services sales support
Bachelor’s degree
Professional Skills Requirements:
Experience in using tools, data, and industry best practices to drive performance improvements
Intermediate to expert experience using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and methodologies to drive excellence
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
