Nursing Job Details: Hours – 8:00am-4:30pm Pay – 80,000-90,000

Responsibilities: As a key member of the Assisted Living leadership
team, the Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for maintaining
up-to-date knowledge of rules and regulations, keeping informed of
industry standards, and applying knowledge to meet the changing needs of
the community. Ensure residents individual needs and preferences are
consistently met with compassion and dignity, fostering a nurturing and
empowering environment in the community. Supports the team in achieving
high quality and efficient delivery of care with appropriate clinical
supervision through standard role definitions, staffing models, clinical
processes, and metric monitoring. Adherence to clinical best practice
models and processes to deliver consistent high quality, efficient and
compliant resident centered care. Implementation and standardization in
the areas of policies and procedures, personnel management, quality
improvement, compliance, clinical documentation. Collaborates with the
Executive Director to provide ongoing performance management and
development, focusing on high engagement and collaboration while
promoting high levels of satisfaction and retention with staff.
