Office Assistant
FLEX-STAFF, INC. - GREEN BAY
JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our
client at their De Pere-based manufacturing company. This is a
full-time, contract-to-hire position with the following schedule:
Monday-Thursday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and Fridays from 7:00 AM to
2:30 PM. We are seeking an individual who is accustom to working in a
fast paced, multi-tasking environment, advanced Microsoft Excel skills
is required and QuickBooks knowledge strongly preferred. Prior
manufacturing office experience will help a person be successful in this

Creating quotes for customers 2. Creating purchase orders 3. Entering
jobs into the software program 4. Entering invoices 5. Issuing invoices
6. Updating spreadsheets 7. Scanning paperwork 8. Ordering of industrial
paint and supplies 9. Creating paperwork for the truck drivers
OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will
possess excellent organizational skills, proficiency in data entry, and
advanced knowledge of MS Excel. Experience with QuickBooks is strongly
desired but willing to train the right individual. Responsibilities
include answering phones, responding to emails, and performing various
office tasks as directed by the Plant Manager and the President of the
