to our continued growth, we are adding to our team! Reporting to the
Title Operations Manager, our title operations team is made up of well
organized, ambitious, detail-oriented individuals who create a team
environment by exercising communication skills throughout the day to
effectively take care of our members. Its the Title Associates
responsibility to follow established policies and procedures as well as
state and federal legal and regulatory requirements for title
maintenance and releasing of interest. The Title Associates work closely
with our loan processors, business partners, state and federal title
agencies and other stakeholders to secure the credit unions interest
related to vehicle, recreational and marine titles as well as UCC
filings. The Title Associates will assist members regarding questions
they may have with their title. This position will work at our Corporate
Cove location in Wausau, Wi. You will be eligible to work from home in a
hybrid role, which will require working 2 days in office and 3 days at
home. Responsibilities: Effectively process, perfect, and perfect all
related credit union security interests related to vehicle,
