Engineer Graduate This role has been designed as \Onsite with an
expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office. Job Family
Definition: Designs, analyzes, develops, modifies and evaluates
electrical/electronic parts, components, sub-systems, algorithms, or
integrated circuitry for electrical/electronic equipment and other
hardware systems. Conducts feasibility studies, design margin and
validation analyses and empirical testing on new and modified designs.
Assists in architecture development and assessment. Evaluates
reliability of materials, properties, designs, and techniques used in
production. May direct support personnel in the preparation of detailed
design, design testing and prototype fabrication. Management Level
Definition: Contributions include applying intermediate level of subject
matter expertise to solve common technical problems. Acts as an informed
team member providing analysis of information and recommendations for
appropriate action. Works independently within an established framework
and with moderate supervision. Responsibilities: Design and analyze
industry-leading multi-gigabit electrical and optical links and memory
interface channels Create simulation models, plan and execute
simulation suites Correlate models to measured laboratory results
Create PCB signal integrity design rules, stackup, and connector pinout
recommendations Track and drive the resolution of electrical issues,
execute hands-on testing and debugging to root cause Create
documentation, test plans, and test reports Additional Skills:

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience Required:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering. Typically
0-2 years experience. Knowledge and Skills: Experience using
electrical design tools and software packages such as Ansoft, HFSS,
Allegro Knowledge of signal integrity design principles
Familiarity with RF and microwave design Ability to apply analytical
and problem solving skills. Experience in at least one common
scripting language is a plus (e.g. perl, bash, Python) Strong written
