Job Description The Business Intelligence Engineer solves complex business problems by deriving valuable insights from Bremer data.You will be responsible for the delivery of accurate and actionable insights through visualizations, dashboards, and other ad-hoc analyses. In addition, you will enable further analyses developing and supporting underlying data models while supporting data pipelines, data governance, and data quality efforts. The team operates in an agile manner to enable open collaboration/coordination and iterate through deliverables. QUALIFICATIONS: A combination of education and experience generally acquired through the attainment of a bachelors degree in a relevant field and minimum 2 years relevant professional experience OR a total of 6 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of degree. Demonstrated experience in querying and working with data to create meaningful management information and business analytics. 2 plus years experience utilizing business intelligence and database reporting tools such as Quick Sight, Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI. Proficient in querying and transforming data to support scalable management information and enhance business analytics. Ability to coordinate with internal business partners, discuss business needs, and execute the work in an iterative fashion. Ability to determine business value and establish KPIs. Exhibits great interpersonal, verbal and written communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Capable of researching and problem solving while working with limited supervision in a fast-paced small team environment.
