Senior Business Process Analyst Work Mode: Hybrid, 3 days onsite required. No remote candidates. Location: Maple Grove, MN About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Process Analyst to join the ICTx PMO Operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Interventional Cardiology Therapies PMO organization in utilizing tools and solutions to handle day-to-day run the business activities, which includes financial support, project support, data analytics and process improvement initiatives. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to analyze existing processes and propose new capabilities to enhance operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include: Support Annual Operating Plan, quarterly forecasts, cost center mapping, and monthly spending in partnership with the Finance team. Maintain PMO SharePoint and applications for user access and content Support ad-hoc requests and projects for PMO team Coordinate with internal and external tool developers to improve current tools and implement new tools. Support creation of training material, templates, and best practices. Create and maintain portfolio analysis reports and dashboards using BI tools. Support the creation and closure of project codes. Lead and support continuous improvement efforts for PM tools, systems and processes. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree 5 years proven work experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar field High skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and entire Microsoft Office365 Suite Able to work independently and as a team member, and exercise good judgment to handle a variety of situations. Experience working in fast paced environment in a matrix organization. Preferred qualifications and competencies: 3 years of experience in the Medical Device industry Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Platform (PowerBI) Hands-on experience with Planisware PPM Software Expert level Excel skills – Includes Macros and Databases Strong organization, execution, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Suite of tools especially PowerBI, Excel and SharePoint. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information. Models and promotes collaboration and works effectively with others across the project team, organization, and stakeholders to achieve goals. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships within project teams. Ability to work on multiple activities and initiatives with minimum supervision. Understanding of ERP, EPM, and PPM systems. SAP, Oracle, Planisware, or similar.
