You are :
An experienced UKG Manufacturing Delivery Lead with a drive to succeed, a desire to learn, that will develop and grow our UKG business.
The Work…
The UKG Manufacturing Delivery Lead works closely with teammates to ensure the maximum value of our clients’ workforce management investment is achieved. Specifically, the primary objective for this role is to understand clients’ current state and use expert knowledge and best practices to deliver solutions on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. The Delivery Lead leads a team of analysts and consultants and provides oversight on workforce management engagements as well as contributing on large, complex workforce management strategic and implementation engagements and manages all team projects to successful completion.
Job Responsibilities:
Provides thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools and/or services to enhance clients’ operating environment based on practical experience, optimal outcomes, and best practices
Resolves, scopes, and designs workforce management solutions based on client requirements, issues, and desired outcomes and manages these projects to successful completion
Facilitates complex implementation sessions for both internal and client teams, including defining strategic objectives and tailors these to meet client-specific needs as necessary
Creates and improves facilitation tools and templates based on client requests and process improvements
Conducts pre-sales analysis; develops scope resource load and quotes
Ensures all team members understand client expectations and scope; provides constructive feedback and training to the team to help them grow professionally
Performs Quality Code Reviews with project teams on all client solutions to ensure quality coding constructs as an essential part of the WFM methodology
Creates effective and compelling strategic communication pieces and workforce management business process roadmaps pieces for all types of audiences
Provides mentorship and knowledge transfer to our consulting base
Conducts interviews for new candidates
Attend to administrative expense tracking and time keeping duties required for billing
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Heres what you need…
Minimum of 7 years of experience leading large and complex enterprise software implementations, specifically in the Labor Optimization or Human Capital Management space; Manufacturing industry experience a plus
Bachelors degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year work experience)

Ability to work on complex, fast-paced projects in a collaborative team setting
Ability to maintain a spirit of learning with a positive attitude of receiving feedback and ongoing training
Communicates exceptionally well, both verbally and in written messages
Outstanding presentation skills; able to tailor communication types and styles to all levels of client audiences from executive sponsor to IT project members
Proven strength in developing personal relationships and becoming a trusted business advisor to clients
Expert ability to analyze complex data or facts, summarize findings, and present results in a compelling way
Expert in requirements gathering, documentation, and project implementation methodologies
In-depth experience with Labor Optimization or Human Capital Management solutions, such as Kronos, ADP, UKG, Oracle, Workbrain, Workforce Software, SAP, PeopleSoft, Timera, Datamatics, Blue Cube, Aspect, Blue Pumpkin, etc
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
