We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Assistant Director of Health Services (ADHS) position to join our team in Minneapolis, MN! This nursing leadership position is responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the senior residents are met while providing staff leadership duties. Must be an active Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of MN. This nursing schedule includes;
80 hours every two weeks
Full time, day shift: 8:30 AM – 5 PM
May work an occasional weekend with advance notice and temporary adjustment to schedule

Maintains current assessment and documentation of client’s health status
Coordinates client health services
Manages and oversees medication and treatment administration
Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff
Required:
RN Licensure/Registered with the MN Board of Nursing
Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Nursing Degree
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice
One to three years of previous experience
Preferred:
Bachelors Degree: Nursing
Three to five years of previous experience
Prior supervisory experience
Prior experience in home care or assisted living environment
