Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description

The Administrative Assistant will utilize software systems for parts quoting, ordering new parts, and ensuring everything is ready for the job. They will assist Service Technicians with daily issues including parts orders, directions, and managing technician schedules to prevent overlaps. This role primarily involves data entry and front desk management. The candidate may take 8 to 10 calls a day and perform receptionist duties as well.
