Job Description

A Painter oversees various aspects of painting projects, ensuring they run smoothly and meet quality standards. The Painter performs and coordinates the preparation and application of exterior and interior finishes in a residential and light commercial setting. You must have experience as a residential or commercial painter and have a positive attitude.

Hard Skills

Surface Preparation: The Painter supervises the preparation of surfaces for painting, ensuring that surfaces are clean, smooth, and ready for paint application.

Task Assignment: Assign specific painting tasks to team members, clearly detailing the scope of work, expected outcomes, and timeline for each project.

Quality Control: Monitor the quality of painting work performed by the team, providing immediate feedback and corrective guidance when necessary.

Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of painting equipment on job sites.

Client Interaction: Discuss project requirements with clients and ensure that work aligns with their expectations.

Safety Compliance: Ensure safety guidelines are followed during the painting process.

Record Keeping: Maintain records related to project progress and completion.

This is a contract position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Waseca, Minnesota.

Work Environment

The work involves both residential and light commercial settings. A current drivers license is required.
