Maintenance Technician – Weekly Pay – Start ASAP

Job Summary: As a facilities Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our facilitys infrastructure and equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring operational efficiency and safety within our facility.

Pay: $24 – $35/HR ( Pay is based on experience )

Location: Harris, IA

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems.

Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure optimal functionality of the facility.

Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Assist with facility upgrades and modifications as needed.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.

Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Must have ammonia experience.
